After years working in a traditional agency setting, I started to notice a gap: small brands doing incredible things but feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or priced out of real marketing support. The provided strategies checked all the boxes—but rarely captured what made the brand special. The retainers weren’t built for flexibility, and the relationships felt more transactional than collaborative. It just didn’t feel right.

That’s why I started Harbor Collective. I wanted to create something more personal. A space where strategy is collaborative, storytelling is honest, and relationships are at the center of it all. Because when your marketing is rooted in who you are, it doesn’t just make noise—it makes an impact.
